The following information applies to FULL SERVICE menus only.
Buffet equipment, service staff, serving, quality disposable plates, forks, and napkins. Linens and skirts for all food and bar tables. Included in the fees are six hours of service: we arrive 2 hours prior to the start of the event for preparation and 4 hours for the actual reception or party. If additional service is required, due to your individual needs, there is a surcharge of $100.00 per hour. For your convenience we do also provide the mints, nuts, champagne bucket, plates, forks and napkins for the cake table. Also we supply a cake knife and server plus there is no cake cutting fee.
A 10% service charge and a 6% State sales tax applied to all menu prices. Gratuities are optional and certainly never expected.
Additional fees for rental of china, glassware, silverware are billed to you directly by the rental company, however you will be billed a surcharge of $3.00 per person for extra staff needed to handle soiled china. We also have white lap length table linens for guest tables for a cost of $5.00 each.
Certain reception sites charge the caterer a percentage of your total invoice as a usage fee, in which case this fee will be added to your invoice.
A $200.00 up charge will be added if the reception site does not have kitchen facilities for our use. If you would like to add an additional food item or appetizer item to your menu, the fee for each addition selection is $1.50.
BAR AND BEVERAGE SERVICE
Yes we can serve the alcoholic beverages that YOU PROVIDE. You simply provide ALL of the chilled beverages you wish to serve and the cups. Beha will provide the ice for the individual drinks, bar equipment, table linens and skirts necessary for a professional appearance. We will provide a professional bartending staff for a fee of $125.00 per bartender, and for your protection and peace of mind you will be covered under our two million dollars of liquor liability insurance. One bartender will be needed for every 80/100 guests; the $125.00 fee is for a 5 hour period. (1 hour set up, 4 hours service) an additional $50.00 per hour per bartender for overtime if need arises. RULES AND POLICIES FOR DROP OFF MENUS
The following information applies to delivery, drop off menus only.
Additional entree can be added to this menu for an extra $1.50 per person, additional sides for $ 1.00 each.
The prices on delivery menus are based on drop off service only, they do includes, delivery, plates, napkins, cups, ice, iced tea, and all necessary condiments. Your meal will be delivered family style, hot, and ready to enjoy.
There is no delivery fee for orders Monday thru Friday (9am3pm). . There is a $50.00 delivery fee Delivery on weekdays after 3:00pm and for orders on Sat, Sun and Holidays. There is a small mileage fee for orders outside Kentuckian area.
If your needs require a serving attendant, to stay with the meal there will be a additional charge depending on the number of guest you are feeding, plus a 10% service fee.
If chaffers are desired without serving attendant there is an additional fee of $50.00 which includes set-up and equipment pickup. Weekend, Holiday and after hours drop off orders requiring chaffers will be an additional $75.00.
